Service

The service provides website directory listings, user profiles, wallet funding and paid backlink plans. A listing is not an endorsement, ranking guarantee, traffic guarantee or search-engine ranking guarantee.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use one account responsibly. Automated abuse, impersonation, fraudulent payment proof and attempts to access another account are prohibited.

Website submissions

Users may submit websites they are authorized to promote. The same domain cannot be duplicated in the same account. A domain already associated with another account may be attached only by a user with funded wallet balance, and the existing public directory URL will be reused.

Plans and wallet

The Basic Plan costs $9.99 USD as a lifetime listing and allows up to 2 keywords. The Premium Plan costs $9.48 USD annual and allows up to 10 keywords. All plan purchases are debited from wallet funds. Recharge bonuses are calculated from active database rules at the time the request is submitted.

Plan entitlements

Annual Premium renewals extend an unexpired Premium term. A separately owned lifetime plan remains an account entitlement and resumes automatically after the Premium term expires. A lifetime plan cannot be charged twice for the same website.

Recharge review

Manual recharge requests require valid payment details and proof. Credit is added only after administrator approval. False, duplicate, reversed or unverifiable payments may be rejected and accounts may be restricted.

Moderation

We may reject, suspend, block, edit or remove listings and accounts that violate law, third-party rights, service security or directory quality requirements. Administrative account, listing, wallet and recharge actions may generate an email notification according to the administrator's selected notification option.

Refunds

Wallet credits and plan purchases are generally non-refundable after activation, except where required by law or approved by an administrator following a documented service error.

Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We are not responsible for third-party website content, external outages, search-engine changes, lost rankings, lost revenue or indirect damages.
